Who is behind these tools?
Stipendee is one of Italy's reference platforms for salary transparency. On the Italian side we run a net salary calculator that explains every line of the payslip, a salary observatory built on real compensation data shared anonymously by the community, a job board that only lists openings with a declared salary, plus calculators for freelancers, unemployment benefits and notice periods. Every month, hundreds of thousands of people use Stipendee to understand what they earn and decide their next career move.
Some of the things we built are not Italy-specific: a good CV works the same way in London, Berlin or New York, and compound interest follows the same math everywhere. So we are making those tools available worldwide, in English, starting with the CV Builder and the compound interest calculator. More career and personal finance tools will follow.
Our approach stays the same in every language: everything runs in your browser, your CV data stays on your device unless you explicitly use an AI feature, and the calculators do not ask for any personal information.
